The Silvermine African Violet Society meets monthly at Earthplace to discuss the care and propagation of African violets. The theme of this year's judged show was "Symphony of Violets".  Prizes were given in various categories, such as Miniature, Gesnariad, Unusual Container, Arrangement, President's Challenge, and Vice President's Challenge.
