Over 100 people enjoyed a fun pasta dinner, donated by John's Best Pizza Restaurant. Guests watched a video, created by PostWorks, about the activities of the animals housed at Earthplace, and learned about the efforts of the staff and volunteers to care for these animals.  Linda Roberts, Director of Animal Rehabilitation and Care, and Naturalist Diane Bowler, helped the 2004 Junior Curators introduce guests to some of the teaching animals.  Everyone learned about a corn snake, boa constrictor, turkey vulture, opossum, rabbits, turtles, ring-necked doves, ferrets and Madagascar hissing cockroaches.
