Visitors enjoyed learning about bugs and meeting them.  Junior Staff member Giorgio Tsangaris let visitors touch some of his many tarantulas and scorpions.  The Backyard Beekeepers Association brought a hive of bees and explained how bees make honey.  Guests learned different ways bugs eat, and how some bugs float.  Kids made bug masks, had their faces painted with personal bug tatoos, and got to sample gummy worms in green Jello goo.
